Important Notes:
1. One-Time Fee Includes:
Enrolment Fee, Medical Check-up, Industrial Visit (if applicable), Uniform, Identity Card & Badge, Personality Development Training, Alumni Fee, and Legal Documentation Charges.
Payable only in the first year at the time of admission (except NEET UG/PG courses).
Some components may not apply to all programs. Additional charges may apply if introduced later.
2. Annual Miscellaneous Fee Includes:
Computer Lab Fee, Laboratory Fee, Library Fee, Examination Fee, Sports Fee, Academic/Project Work, Summer Training, and English Language Classes.
Not all components are applicable to every program.
3. Ph.D. Examination Fee:
Will be communicated at the time of thesis submission and must be deposited accordingly.
4. Fee Revision:
The University reserves the right to revise fees due to government instructions, court directives, or decisions of the Executive Council.
5. Program Commitment:
Once admitted, the student must follow the fee structure for the entire duration of the program.
6. Examination Fee:
Only regular examination fees are included in the Annual Miscellaneous Fee.
7. First-Year Dues:
Must be cleared before enrolment or within one month from the start of the session, whichever is earlier.
8. Subsequent Year Fees:
Payable after 12 months from the start of the session, irrespective of results.
9. Provisional Fee:
All program fees are subject to revision as per University decisions.
10. Scholarships/Concessions:
Provided based on merit in entrance exams or qualifying examination percentages.
11. Caution Money & One-Time Fee:
Charged only in the first year.
